Welcome.
In these isolated and heavy times, we need each other more than ever. It can be easy to become disconnected from ourselves, each other, and the world around us when there is so much happening in our lives and in the world at once.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Our grief rituals are a space for you to feel held, and to hold. To remember what it feels like to be part of a village. To care and be cared for.
We gather with other tender-hearted humans to grieve so that we may come back into wholeness. To unstuck ourselves. To feel, move, and digest what needs to be felt. To come back into connection with our joy, gratitude, and aliveness.
Grief comes in all shapes and sizes. Grieving can include anger, sorrow, despair, hopelessness, numbness, fear, guilt, regret, and more.
Sometimes our grief comes with a story that belongs to something we have personally experienced, sometimes it is ancestral, sometimes it is collective or cultural.
We welcome grief of all kinds. Grief from the loss of a loved one. Grief from the loss of a pet, a job, a relationship, or a version of ourselves that is no longer here. Grief for the younger parts of us who did not get their needs met, or did not feel loved. Grief about polycrises, the wounds of colonization, genocide, or war. Grief about ways we have been harmed or have caused harm. Grief for a version of our lives that did not get to materialize due to trauma, oppression, or another reason.
